Stupid Monkeys...

I'm a reality TV whore, and proud of it. Although not quite my favorite anymore (that honor would likely go to The Amazing Race), I still watch The Survivor, and I was so unhappy that my Philly girl Stephenie got the boot this week. If you don't watch Survivor, you might as well just stop reading right now, as the rest of this post will likely both bore you and not make all that much sense to you.

Ok, so here's the thing. Caryn is a freaking idiot. Tom carefully selected his words in talking to her, and it should've been so obvious that he holds no loyalty to her. But it wasn't. And then she tells him about the girl-chatter, which makes almost no sense (I say "almost no sense" only because, on the off-off-off chance she made it to the final 2 and Tom was on the jury, she could say she was up front with him). And this woman is a civil right's attorney, which means that people put their most important and valuable rights and privileges in her "protection?" Yikes.

I'm no misogynist, but the "stupid monkeys" of this post's title are the three remaining women on that tribe. They were guaranteed to be in the top 4 if they stuck together with Stephanie, and then they would've had two opportunities to try to get immunity and immediately vote her off. Now, each of the girls may have a shot at the final 4 (Caryn's in the roughest shape on that one, unless she can do something to break up the other 5, but she hasn't shown strategy as her forte), but they'll be facing off against at least two men, which lowers their own chances at immunity and having control in how the game plays out. Stupid monkeys.
